Rating scale:
A. Physical wellbeing = 6. I am very much into weight and athletic training. I stay in body building competition shape all year round and this required intense levels of exercise, deficiencies of many vital nutrients and the ingestion of many supplements, which takes its toll on my musculoskeletal system with the constant movement of heavy weights, as well as my internal organ systems particularly my renal and digestive systems.
B. Spiritual wellbeing = 5. I rate myself this way in the this aspect of well being simply because I do believe in spirituality but practice it little to none.
C. Psychological wellbeing = 8. I give myself an 8 in this area because out of all the people that I surround myself with or find in my social network, as well as my own personal thoughts, I am easily the most optimistic person I know. There is always good in everything.
Goals:
A: Physical wellbeing - As I age I'd like to slowly decrease the want to be in such a particular physical shape.
B. Spiritual wellbeing - I really like to spend more time developing my faith so that I can have a closer connection with it.
C: To continue to enhance my current psychological health.
Exercises:
A: Physical wellbeing - I'm not making any adjustments to this element of my personal well being. It is what is.
B. Spiritual wellbeing - Go to church more, actually go to church period.
C: To continue practice positivity, and optimism.
Relaxation exercise:
I actually really enjoy those types of exercises. I love putting myself in those states where I am mentally following instructions that take to a place a total relaxations.
